To scan your card, press the “scan here” button on the scanner, hold your card up to the camera to scan your barcode and wait for the green “ok” before entering the facility. If your card does not register on the scanner there may be a problem in capturing the correct details from your membership cards barcode. If this occurs, you can sign in manually using your Fitness Passport member number (e.g. ABC.123) and your date of birth.
