See steps below on how to upload a photo.

If you are uploading a photo for all your family members including the primary member, ensure that you upload for the family members first and the primary member's photo last.

To upload a photo:

1. Log in to with your username/email address and password.

2. Select “Manage Membership” on the left-hand side, and “Membership Cards”.

3. Click on “Upload Photo” next to the member needing a new card.

4. A dialogue box will appear confirming a card order fee, click "Proceed" if you agree

5. Click "Upload Photo" (make sure it's in JPEG/JPG format) and hit "Submit" when done

6. A dialogue box will appear confirming the photo was uploaded successfully.

Note: It is recommended that you upload a photo prior to ordering a new card, so if you need to upload a photo, you can do so here.

You will need to accept the $10 card replacement fee if you are replacing an existing photo.

What happens next?

Your card will be printed in the next card order and sent to your employer for distribution, or posted directly to your registered mailing address within 2 weeks. Please ensure your address details are accurate in the Fitness Passport system in case your employer chooses to send the card to your home address (you can do this by clicking on the Contact Details tab and clicking on the ‘Edit Profile’ button if you need to update this).
