To get started with Fitness Passport, you’ll need to submit an application online.

Before you begin, check if you are eligible for your employer’s program: How do I know if I'm eligible to join Fitness Passport?

For your application, you will need:
• Employer details, including your employee number
• Digital photos of yourself and all family members you are adding to your membership
• Bank account details

After you submit your application

You will receive a confirmation email with your account details. Your Workplace Facilitator will review your application, validate your employee/payroll number, and check that you have supplied a satisfactory photograph. If your application is approved, you will receive an email and SMS from Fitness Passport with details on how to log into the Fitness Passport MyFP app to start accessing facilities. If you are not eligible for the Fitness Passport program you will receive an email to advise you of this. If you receive this email and believe you are eligible, please contact your Workplace Facilitator.

What happens if I don’t have a photograph?

You can still enter all your other details. However, we recommend you supply a valid photograph. You can log back into using your username and password at any time to upload one.
