After you've signed up, you should receive an email with a subject " Your Fitness Passport application has been received!" with your account details.

 Your workplace Fitness Passport facilitator will verify your membership. This may take a few days. Once approved, you will receive a notification email and SMS with information on how to log into the Fitness Passport MyFP app to start accessing facilities.
