Seeing Access Denied means the facility you’re trying to check into isn’t included in your current membership package.
Each Fitness Passport package is a little different. Some facilities may only be available if your employer offers them as part of your program.
What you can do
Check your package: Log in to the Fitness Passport member portal to see which facilities are included in your membership.
Upgrade if available: If the facility is not included, you may be able to upgrade your package (depending on your employer’s options).
Use the app map: Open the Fitness Passport app and look for the map pins - they show which facilities your membership covers.
Tip: Use the app filters to quickly see what’s included in your package so you won’t be surprised at check-in.
