To add a family member to your membership, log into your Fitness Passport account at using your email address and password.

- Click on the ‘Add Members’ button
- Complete all the relevant details for your partner or dependant
- Save the application by clicking ‘Submit’

What happens next? 

If you have added a family member who is over 18 years old as a partner or dependant, they will receive an email with instructions on how to log in and accept the Terms and Conditions. 

Once this is done, and assuming your application meets all of the Fitness Passport Guidelines, your workplace facilitator will approve your request and your family members will be able to access the Fitness Passport MyFP app to visit facilities. You will receive an SMS notification once their application is approved.
