How can my family members access the MyFP app?

Family members included in your Fitness Passport membership can access the MyFP app.

 

For Adult Family Members (18 and above):

Adult family members will automatically receive an email providing them instructions to download the MyFP app once they are approved. They may log in using their username or email address and nominated password.

 

For Minors (under 18):

Minors will need their own email address and mobile number to gain access to the MyFP app.

 

Once these details are added, a username will be generated for them. They will receive an email with their username and instructions to access the app.

 

Need to Update Details?

You can update your family members’ details by logging into the Fitness Passport member portal and click on the pencil icon beside their name to update their information.
