What can I do with the Fitness Passport mobile app?

If you’re an active Fitness Passport member, the mobile app makes it easy to explore facilities, view your membership details, and check in when you visit.


Here’s what you can do in the app:

  1. Find facilities available in your package

    • Call facilities directly to learn more about what they offer.

    • Get directions using your phone’s map app.

    • Visit a facility’s website for extra details.
      Note: We don’t control the information on external websites. If you notice a mismatch, please contact the facility directly.

  2. Check in with ease

    • Scan a QR code at the front desk to register your visit.

    • Scan your barcode at facilities that use barcode entry.

    • Show your digital membership card for facilities using paper sign-in.

  3. View your visits

    • View your last three visits in the app.

    • See staffed hours and extended entry options if available at certain facilities.

  4. Access membership details

    • View membership cards for everyone in your account.

    • Check your plan and membership details anytime.
