How do I cancel?

We understand that circumstances change, and we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.


How cancellation works

Submit a cancellation request by submitting a ticket by clicking here, or the Submit a Ticket link above. There is a 30 day notice period for cancellations, and the 30 days begins when you contact us. You'll continue to have access to facilities during the notice period.


Before you cancel

Not quite ready to cancel? You might be eligible to pause your membership instead. It’s a great way to take a break without losing access long-term. Learn more about suspension options that might suit your situation.


Your membership agreement

Fitness Passport memberships include a minimum 12-month commitment from the date of your first direct debit.


If you cancel before completing your 12-month term, an early cancellation fee may apply depending on your membership type and timing.


After your 12-month term, cancellation fees no longer apply - but we do require 30 days’ notice to process your cancellation.
