To access your tax receipt, log in to www.fitnesspassport.com.au with your email address/username and password, and click “Payment History & Receipts” under “Payments & Contracts” on the left menu.
You can download a receipt for each direct debit period on your membership by selecting the eye icon on the right.
If the period you need to print a receipt for is not available, or you need further help, please contact us by clicking the "Send Us An Enquiry" button at the top of this screen.
