Check with your health fund first. If they allow it, you can print off your own receipt from the Fitness Passport system.
Log in to www.fitnesspassport.com.au with your email/username and password and click “Payment History & Receipts” underneath “Payments & Contracts”. You can download a receipt for each direct debit period on your membership by selecting the eye icon on the right.
