What happens when I leave my employment at my eligible workplace?

If you leave your current employer, you are no longer eligible for the program and you are required to let us know directly in writing. Until you advise us directly, payments will still accrue and be payable by you.


If you love your Fitness Passport membership, it’s always worth checking with us if your new employer has a Fitness Passport program!
