This means your mobile number and/or email address is already linked to an existing Fitness Passport account, either as a primary member or a family member. 


Each email and mobile number must be unique, so you won’t be able to reuse them to create a new account.


If you have previously set up a user account but you have forgotten your password, head to www.fitnesspassport.com.au/login and hit "Forgot Password" and enter your email address.
