I'm trying to sign up but it says my details already exist

If you see this message, it means your mobile number and/or email address is already linked to an existing Fitness Passport account - either as a primary member or a family member.


Each email and mobile number must be unique, so you won’t be able to reuse them to create a new account.


What to do

  2. Not sure which email you used?

    • No worries - we can help.

    • Send us an enquiry and include your details so we can check your account for you.


Tip: If you’re a family member, check with the primary member on your account - they can confirm which email address was added for you.
