You’ll receive an email with the subject line “Your Fitness Passport application has been received!” - this means we’ve got your application and your membership is in motion.
What happens next:
Review by your Workplace Facilitator
- They’ll check your details, including your employee number.
This step may take a few days, so hang tight — we’ll keep you updated.
If approved
You’ll get an email with everything you need to log into the Fitness Passport app.
You can start visiting facilities and enjoying your membership straight away!
If not eligible
You’ll receive an email letting you know.

Tip: Keep an eye on your spam or junk folder just in case your confirmation email lands there.
