Once you’ve signed up, keep an eye on your inbox!


You’ll receive an email with the subject line “Your Fitness Passport application has been received!” - this means we’ve got your application and your membership is in motion.


What happens next:

Review by your Workplace Facilitator

  • They’ll check your details, including your employee number.
  • This step may take a few days, so hang tight — we’ll keep you updated.

If approved

  • You’ll get an email with everything you need to log into the Fitness Passport app.

  • You can start visiting facilities and enjoying your membership straight away!

If not eligible

  • You’ll receive an email letting you know.

  • Think there’s been a mix-up? Reach out to your Workplace Facilitator or contact Fitness Passport.

Tip: Keep an eye on your spam or junk folder just in case your confirmation email lands there.
