I've submitted my application - what's next?

Once you’ve signed up, keep an eye on your inbox! You’ll receive an email with the subject “Your Fitness Passport application has been received!” - this means we’ve got your application and your membership is in motion.


From there, your Workplace Facilitator will review your details, including your employee number. This part might take a few days, so hang tight!


If your application is approved, you’ll get an email with everything you need to log into the MyFP app and start exploring your new fitness options. You can start using your membership to visit facilities straight away!


Not eligible? You’ll receive an email letting you know. If you think there’s been a mix-up, reach out to your Workplace Facilitator or Fitness Passport here.
