How do I become a member?

Joining Fitness Passport is easy - and exciting! Just follow these steps to get started:


Creating an Account


Head to https://portal.fitnesspassport.com.au/signup and under “Create Account”, fill in your details:

You’ll receive a verification code to your email. Enter this code on the next screen to verify your email address.


Didn’t receive a verification code to your email? Check your spam, just in case. If you haven’t received anything, you may have made a typing error in your email address. In this case, you can just start the process again. If you still don’t receive a code, please reach out to us.


Now that your account has been created, you can log in using your email address and the password you created. You’ll receive a verification code to your mobile number.


Didn’t receive a verification code to your mobile? Please reach out to us so we can take a look at your account. Make sure you include your correct mobile number in case we need to update it.


Completing the application


The application has four sections

  • Employer details
  • Personal Details 
  • Select Package - this is also where you can add any family members to your membership
  • Payment Details


Don't have photos of you/your family member on hand? No worries - you can add photos at any time!


Remember to accept the Terms and Conditions at the end of the application form!


What happens next?


You'll get a confirmation email once your application is submitted. Then:

  • Your Workplace will review your application
  • If you're eligible, you'll receive an email and SMS with instructions to start using your membership!
