How do I become a member?

Joining Fitness Passport is easy - and exciting! 

To get started, simply follow these steps.

1. Create your Account

• Go to https://portal.fitnesspassport.com.au/signup 
• Under “Create Account”, fill in your details.
• You’ll receive a verification code to your email. Enter this code on the next screen to verify your email address.
• This email will become your primary email and username for all Fitness Passport services, including the mobile app you’ll use to check in at facilities.
  Tip: Choose an email you can easily access on your phone, especially the one you use most often when you’re out and about.

Didn’t receive a verification code to your email? 

• Check your spam, just in case
• If you made a typo in your email, restart the process with the correct details.
• Still not receiving the code? Reach out to us and we'll help.

Now that your account has been created, you can log in using your email address and the password you created. You’ll receive a verification code to your mobile number.

No mobile code received? Contact us and make sure you provide the correct mobile number in case it needs updating.

2. Complete your application

The application has four sections

• Employer details
  
• Personal Details 
• Select Package - this is also where you can add any family members to your membership
• Payment Details

Don’t have photos ready? No worries - you can add them later.

Don’t forget to accept the Terms and Conditions before submitting!

3. What happens next?

• You'll get a confirmation email once your application is submitted. Then:
• Your Workplace will review your application
• If you're eligible, you'll receive an email and SMS with instructions to start using your membership!
