How do I change my package?

You can update your package anytime by logging in to the Fitness Passport portal at www.fitnesspassport.com.au/login 


Here’s how:

  • Log in using your email address.
  • On your dashboard, scroll to Membership Details and select Change Membership Package.
  • Choose the package that best suits your needs by exploring available facilities using the map or list view.
  • Confirm your payment details.
  • Press Submit to finalise your new package.


Your new package will activate immediately, so you can start enjoying access to your selected facilities straight away.


Note: You can change your package once every 30 days.
