Before you add a family member, make sure they’re eligible for the program: Who can I add as a family member?
Steps to add a family member
- Log in at www.fitnesspassport.com.au/login using your email and password.
- Click Add Members.
- Fill in their details and upload a photo (you can add this later if needed).
- Press Submit - you’ll see the updated membership price.
Note: The new price only applies once your employer verifies the new member - Confirm your bank details and press Submit again.
- If your family member is over 18, they’ll get an email to set up their own account. They’ll need to create a password and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Their application will be sent to your Workplace Facilitator for approval.
What happens next?
Once your Workplace Facilitator approves the application, your family member will be able to access facilities straight away using the MyFP app. They can log in using the primary email address you have added to their account.
