How do I remove a family member from my Fitness Passport membership?

You can switch from a Family to Single membership once your initial 12-month minimum contract period has passed.

If you’ve already passed the 12-month mark:

• Submit a ticket here
• Let us know which family members you'd like to remove

If you're still within your first 12 months:

• A downgrade fee may apply (see the fee table below)
• Submit a ticket here and we’ll guide you through the next steps
