When will my first payment be?

Fitness Passport payments occur fortnightly and the timing of your cycle will depend on your employer. Membership fees are charged in advance.

Once your membership is approved, we’ll calculate a pro-rated fee from your approval date to your first scheduled payment.

You’ll receive an email the day after your membership is approved with:

• Your first payment date
• The amount to be charged (including pro-rata and your regular fortnightly payment)

This way, you’ll know exactly what to expect and when.
