When will my first payment be?

Fitness Passport payments are fortnightly, and the timing of your cycle depends on your employer. Membership fees are always charged in advance.

How it works

• Once your membership is approved, we’ll calculate a pro-rata fee from your approval date up to your first scheduled payment.

• You’ll then move onto your regular fortnightly payment cycle.

What to expect

You’ll receive an email the day after your membership is approved with:

• Your first payment date

• The amount to be charged (including both your pro-rata and regular fortnightly payment)

That way, you’ll know exactly what to expect, pay, and when.
