How do I update my payment details?

You can update your bank account details anytime by logging into your Fitness Passport account.


Here’s how:

  1. Go to www.fitnesspassport.com.au/login and log in using your email address and password.
  2. Click Payments & Contracts in the left-hand menu
  3. Select Payment / Direct Debit Details
  4. Enter your bank details.
  5. Click Save.

What happens next?

Your next scheduled payment will be automatically debited from your updated account. If there’s an issue, like incorrect details or insufficient funds, you’ll receive a notification via email and SMS.
