I missed a payment, what happens next?

The amount of the failed payment will be added to the next scheduled fortnightly payment.


It is best to update your bank account details and/or have sufficient funds in your account to avoid further failed payments.


Note: If the subsequent direct debit payment is not received or otherwise fails you will be charged an account dishonour fee of $5.00 for each occasion that the subsequent direct debit payment/s is not received or fails.
