If you are injured and need to suspend your membership for up to 2 months, you can do this by logging in to www.fitnesspassport.com.au with your email and password and selecting “Suspend Membership” under “Manage Membership” on the left hand menu.
If you need to suspend for more than 2 months and have a doctor’s certificate with inclusive dates, please forward the relevant medical certificate to us by clicking the "Send Us An Enquiry" button at the top of this screen. Cancellation will be at the discretion of Fitness Passport.
