How do I upgrade or downgrade my package type to have access Australia Wide?

To change your package, you will need to log in to the Fitness Passport website at http://www.fitnesspassport.com.au


  1. From www.fitnesspassport.com.au you will be able to use your email address or username to log in.
  2. Once you have logged in, on your dashboard underneath Membership Details, select “Change Membership Package”.
  3. Select the package that offers Australia wide access, and view the available facilities on the map and/or list view.
  4. Confirm your payment details.
  5. Press Submit once you have selected your new package and confirmed your payment details.

 

You will have immediate access to facilities on your new package. Enjoy access to facilities Australia wide!


Note: you are only able to change your package every 30 days.
