I’ve received a text from Fitness Passport saying I need to upgrade my Membership Package – What now?

This message means that our system has recorded a visit to a facility that isn’t included in your current Membership Package. Different packages give access to different facilities, so it’s likely that either you or someone linked to your membership has visited a location outside of your selected package.


To view your current Membership Package and upgrade if needed, log in to your account at https://portal.fitnesspassport.com.au/login and follow the prompts under the 'Membership Details' section.


You can also check which facilities are included in your package by using the Map tool on the portal. This will show you which gyms, pools, and leisure centres are part of your membership.


What happens if I don’t do anything?


If you continue to visit a facility that isn’t included in your Membership Package, your access to that location may be cancelled. However, your Fitness Passport membership will remain active, and you’ll still be able to visit all other facilities that are part of your current package.
