I missed a payment, what happens next?

If a payment doesn’t go through, the amount will be added to your next scheduled direct debit.


If another payment fails, a $5 dishonour fee will apply each time.


To make sure everything runs smoothly:

  • Double-check your bank details in the Fitness Passport portal
  • Confirm that your bank account allows direct debits
  • You may also want to contact your bank directly if you're unsure
